Covid free zone: German Institute declares Istrian region safe to travel

After weeks with no or very few new covid cases, it’s official, Istria is again on the green list. This region was very effective in covid fight, and for little time even was only green region in EU.

After months of implementing measures e.g. baning public gatherings, local authorities put covid under control.

Reward arrived in a news that German Robert Koch Institute removed Istria region from the list of dangerous places. That is, from 6th of June, all Germans who are returning from Croatia, doesen’t need to have any kind of test or is required to qarantine after the vacation.
