When you send us a reservation request, we collect your name, residential address, e-mail address and telephone number, as well as other information we need to provide you with feedback on available accommodation units.
We provide the highest level of data protection to the users of the reservation system. To verify the authenticity of our website and secure data transfer between your computer and our servers, we use an SSL certificate from a recognized issuer and communication encryption. All personal data, numbers of personal documents, credit cards or other means of payment provided by users through the reservation system are transmitted exclusively by a connection secured by encryption in accordance with applicable international standards.
After the successful confirmation of the reservation, we will further process personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligation to register in the national guest registration center eVisitor, provide and increase the quality of service. Therefore, in addition to the above data, we also collect the number, date and place of issuance of the personal document, citizenship, country of residence, date and place of birth. To enable parking of vehicles in our areas provided for this purpose, we also collect and process the registration number of vehicles.
In order to personalize the service of our staff, and make the stay as pleasant as possible, based on the legitimate interest in increasing the quality of service, we also collect a photo from your identification document.
We will also process your personal data for a limited time for the purpose of sending notifications about the service, special offers, benefits, discounts, and news in our offer, for which we believe you have expressed a clear interest, which we consider to be the realization of our legitimate interest.
You can object to this processing at any time and opt out of receiving such messages by selecting the appropriate option in the received message.
Through surveys and questionnaires we collect information in order to determine your satisfaction with the service provided in our hotel. Participation in the surveys is exclusively voluntary, as well as the entry of personal data in the questionnaires that are available to you in our facilities. We also use the collected data and summary results of the conducted research in order to adapt the services we provide to your wishes and needs.
In order to answer all your inquiries or possible complaints, we need information about your name and surname and the email address to which we will send the requested information. If you contact us with your inquiries, we process the data you provide to us solely to provide the requested information. After answering your query, we will delete the submitted data. Personal data necessary for resolving complaints about the service provided are kept for one year from the date of receipt in accordance with the regulations governing consumer rights and the provision of catering services.
We are obliged to submit personal data of guests to the national system of guest records – eVisitor.
Exceptionally, on the basis of a written request based on applicable regulations, we are obliged to provide or provide access to certain personal data to the competent state bodies (eg courts, police, regulatory authorities, etc.).
Only when necessary for the provision of our service, personal data are passed on to reliable partners (executors of processing) for the purpose of providing customer support, maintenance of the information system or similar needs with mandatory data protection measures.
We process the collected personal data with the obligatory application of appropriate legal, technical and organizational security measures in order to prevent any unauthorized data processing. We collect only those data that are necessary for the purpose of processing and do not store them longer than necessary, ie determined by legal regulations.
Depending on the purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data, you can always request:

• correction of personal data
• deletion of personal data
• restriction of personal data processing
If you believe that any of your rights have been violated, you can object to the processing of personal data by the national supervisory authority. In the Republic of Croatia, the supervisory body is the Agency for Personal Data Protection, Martićeva 14, 10 000 Zagreb, firstname.lastname@example.org.
