From initial interest to the very end, the group manager is at your disposal. He takes care of the entire agreement, i.e. communication, menu, administration, special requests…

Dinner menu

Meat, fish, and vegan menus are available. Three or four course dinners are the most common options.

We offer around ten different menus, and groups themselves can also suggest specific dishes.

Our chefs can easily adapt the dinner for guests with specific dietary needs, such as gluten-free, allergies, halal…

Hotel Amfiteatar offers numerous options for groups, including accommodation, restaurant, boarding house, conference hall, terrace, city sightseeing…

We also organise gourmet activities, like cooking classes, wine tasting, gastro tours (Istria wine tours, Pula walk and wine, Pula food tour…) in which small and big groups can participate.

Some groups only have dinner or accommodation, while some have a package of dinner and accommodation. In addition to dinner, half-board and full-board options are also available.

Each group gets a coordinator who is in charge of facilitating the group’s needs and demands.
