Step 3. – Choice of order processing – payment by card
Once you have selected the “Book now” button, you come to the next step in which you pay for the accommodation with a card. After you make the payment, you will receive an email.
The guest undertakes in writing or orally to fully accept these Terms of Booking, which he has previously carefully studied. When paying online, it is necessary to pay the full amount of the stay.

The valid price of the service is stated in the offer received through the Online booking system or the reservation department. Contracted services may not be combined with other promotional offers or packages, unless otherwise agreed. In case of any changes or deviations from the reserved services, regular prices will be charged. For services that have not been used, a refund is not possible. All types of special services that are not included in the price are paid by the guest and he is obliged to order them when making a reservation or on request on the spot. Prices in euros are informative. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation if there has been an abuse of the reservation system or it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.

All accommodation prices on the website include VAT. In case of incorrect payment of the amount, the company Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. will ensure the return of the excess money paid to the payer’s account.

Payment by foreign credit card
The amount to be charged on your foreign credit card is calculated by converting the currency from the euro (EUR) to the Croatian kuna (kn) according to the valid exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of purchase. When debiting your credit card, the same amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate list of the association of card companies. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small discrepancy between the price shown on our web store.
If the guest cancels the reservation, Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. will:
• from 0 to 7 days before arrival charge 100% of one day of stay
• 7 to 14 days before arrival 60% of the total amount will be charged
• up to 15 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged
• 100% of the value of the entire reservation is charged for non-arrival
• for early departure, the total amount of the full price will be charged
• a refund is not possible for all paid deposits and prepaid bookings
• free cancellations are not possible for all non refundable bookings
The stated cancellation costs do not apply to changes in the accommodation facility, ie the type of room, which must be confirmed by Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. If the guest who cancels the trip finds a new user of the same reservation, Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. charges only any costs caused by the replacement.
The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. In case of later arrival please contact the hotel reception; otherwise, we do not guarantee the possibility of providing the contracted services. The room should be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
They are not included in the basic prices of services. The amounts of sojourn taxes are listed in the price list.
Children up to the age of 12 do not pay the residence tax, and young people aged 12-18 pay 50% of the tax.
Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices if there has been a change in exchange rates in relation to the date of publication of prices (above 0.5%), and changes in tariffs of business partners. Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. may notify the guest of the price change in writing or orally.
The documentation is sent to the guest via the Internet, fax or mail (as agreed), and includes confirmation of the reservation and contracted services, if the service is guaranteed by payment.
Guests are required to have valid travel documents. Invalid documents, which result in cancellation of the trip, and if due to such omission of the guest Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. suffered additional damage, the guest is obliged to compensate it. If the travel documents are lost or stolen during the trip, the costs of issuing new documents are borne by the guest. Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. is not responsible for decisions of customs and police and other state bodies which do not allow the guest to enter a particular country.
The layout of the rooms is determined by the reception. If the guest has not explicitly contracted a room with special features, he will accept any officially registered accommodation unit for rent described in the catalog and price list. Accommodation in the room is not possible before 3 pm on the day of using the service, and it must be vacated by 11 am on the day of using the service. Arrivals after 10 pm must be announced in advance, otherwise Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. does not guarantee the possibility of performing the service, unless otherwise stated.
Guests are required to comply with foreign exchange and customs regulations, as well as laws and other bylaws of the Republic of Croatia and other countries through which they pass.
It is in the guest’s interest to try to resolve his complaint immediately. If there is no improvement even after the complaint, the guest must ask for a confirmation which shows that the service was not provided, or that it was not provided in the manner agreed. The guest must enclose the confirmation with a written complaint. The guest is obliged to file a written complaint within 8 days after the end of the trip. If the guest files a written complaint after that deadline, Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. he is not obliged to take such a complaint into account. Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. is obliged to make a written decision on this objection. Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. will resolve only those complaints that could not be resolved on the spot. While the settlement procedure is in progress, the guest irrevocably waives the mediation of any other person, the arbitration of any other institution, as well as the provision of information to the media. Also at this time the guest waives the right to sue. The maximum amount of compensation per complaint may reach the amount of the advertised part of the services, and may not include already used services or the entire amount of the arrangement. Guest and Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. will try to resolve disputes amicably, otherwise they agree on the jurisdiction of the Pula County Court. The applicable law will be Croatian law.
Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. he is obliged to take care of the execution of services, as well as the choice of service providers, the attention of a good businessman and to take care of the rights and interests of the guest in accordance with good customs in tourism. He is obliged to provide the guest with all contracted services for a particular arrangement and to provide answers due to possible non-performance of services or part of services. All of the above obligations from its programs will be performed in full and in the manner described, except in the case of ‘force majeure’ or changed circumstances. If possible Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. will offer a replacement solution in such cases. Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. is not obligated to provide services outside of these Terms.
The guest is obliged to personally meet the requirements of the regulations of the Republic of Croatia, and to adhere to the house rules in hotels and other facilities and to cooperate with the representative of the service provider. The guest is responsible for the damage he caused, and especially for the damage that occurred as a result of non-compliance with the contract and these general conditions. The damage caused by the guest will be borne immediately at the hotel reception and in another place determined by the natural or legal person to whom he caused the damage.
These general Terms and Conditions of accommodation reservation are an integral part of the Agreement concluded by the guest with Hotel Amfiteatar d.o.o. Possible / foreseen deviations from these Terms and Conditions must be stated next to the text of the offer. By paying, the guest fully accepts the Instructions and conditions of the accommodation reservation.
