Since one of the hotel chef’s, nutritionist Iva Zembo, is devoted vegan for many years, she decided for guests with similar diet habits to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Restaurant Amfiteatar and street food Zembie’s (both part of Hotel Amfiteatar) offering a vegan menu consisting of “vegan meat”, risotto, home made pasta, salad, plant based sauces, dumplings, polenta, cramble and many other things. Hotel guests can use 10% discount on food menu.

We’re also pioneers in incorporating specific menus for gluten-intolerant guests, as well the ones with with diabetes or other intolerances and allergies.
