"Great hotel, good location and good food"
The reception staff were very helpful prior to booking, and continued to be so when we arrived. The location is close to the Amphitheater and the town. We had a lunch at the hotel, which was superb. Really classy and fabulous food. Good rooms, good breakfast and good staff.

The best part was warm hospitality - at the reception and in the restaurant. The room can be more or less comfortable, but professionalism and warm welcome are irreplaceable and stays as an impression.

"Great location / Enjoyable stay"
Booked 4 nights here on a visit to Pula to see where my mother was born and raised.On our arrival we were warmly greeted and checked in by one of the several receptionists.The location which has been mentioned in previous reviews is great. So close to the arena and within a short walking distance to all the other attractions in the old town.The room we were given exceeded our expectations given the size of the hotel. Towels were changed daily & the walk in shower was great.Breakfast was continental style self service in the restaurant. Some previous comments re breakfast bemoan the lack of choice but I have found that wherever you travel the interpretation of continental breakfast varies from hotel to hotel but we have always been able to find something to keep us going until lunchtime. The coffee was also very good. We ate in the restaurant one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The service was first class. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay here again if we return to Pula.

"Excellent hotel and restaurant"
Location is great but food quality and staff service is beyond 5 star hotel experience (not 3 star). Terace is great for morning coffee before strolling down town. Parking is secured and wifi worked perfectly. Rooms are clean , bed comfy and breakfast is charmingly set up. We stayed 2 nights and we had excellent dinner cooked by famous croatian chef who works here. We would recommend this hotel , staff was very helpfull and went beyond duty to make our stay memorable. Thank you.
